James Cadet L15 Paint

1956: James maroon throughout. Tank double lined in silver. (Thick outer line, thin inner line with black line in between.)
The wheel rims, hubs, brake plates, operating arms and the air filter were silver painted (Argenized aluminium finish).
1957: The bike was available in Maroon with Tropical Grey tank panels or Martial Grey with Royal Blue tank panels (both schemes double lined in gold with thin black line between.)

Plating
Chrome: Exhaust pipes, silencer (1957 on) headlamp rim, handlebars & levers, the bolts that attach the headlamp, toolbox fastener, speedo bezel.
Cadmium: Nuts & bolts
